My name is Daronne Russell. I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and athletic training. I provide training services to individuals who want to physically become the best version of themselves. Your age and weight do not matter to me; if you are ready and willing to put in the hard work, I am your trainer. Let's achieve your goals together!
I am a Maryland native with an athletic background. I played my first professional football season overseas in 2020, but unfortunately, that was cut short due to covid. When I am not training, I spend time focusing on my mental health, family, and coaching my wrestling team in the winter at Kennedy High School.
In 2018, I graduated with my bachelor's in psychology. In 2023, I received my master's in mental health counseling to become a licensed mental health counselor in Maryland. Once I am fully licensed, I will be able to provide therapeutic services.
The goal is to be able to provide both mental and physical health services. I want to combine the two worlds of mental health and exercise and use fitness as a form of treatment for clients.
